1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribed to a paid plan (Starter or Pro) and are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your payment for a full refund — no questions asked, as long as you have used less than 20% of that period's monthly credits. This keeps the guarantee fair for everyone: it protects you if the product isn't a fit, without letting a subscription be used in full and then refunded.

2. How to request one

Write to no-reply@getrankwp.com from the e-mail on your account, with your account e-mail and the approximate date you subscribed. We process eligible refunds through PayPal within 5 business days.

3. After the 14-day window, or over the 20% credit threshold

Refunds are considered case-by-case — for example, a technical fault on our side that prevented you from using the service. Write to us and explain what happened; we read every request personally.

4. Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal account. Your credits and access stay usable until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling only stops the next payment.

5. Free plan

The free plan has no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Your one-time welcome credits and monthly free fixes are simply yours to use.
